Jay LeCoque

Executive Chairman and CEO

Jay has over 25 years of senior management experience focused on global healthcare diagnostics and clinical life sciences.  Jay is the current CEO and Executive Chairman of Source BioScience since being appointed in 2017.  He was an Executive Director of Bioquell plc from 2016 until its acquisition by ECOLAB in 2019.  Prior to that, he was CEO of Celsis International plc from 2000 to 2009, and remained CEO following a public to private transaction in 2009 to form Celsis International Ltd until its acquisition in 2015.  Jay earned a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from Miami of Ohio University and his MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Kirsten Lund

CFO and Company Secretary

Kirsten Lund oversees all financial strategy, planning, and operations for Tissue Regenix. With more than 15 years of finance experience, she brings deep expertise in financial leadership and strategic business growth.

Kirsten joined Tissue Regenix in 2010 and has progressed through several senior roles within the company. She served as Group Financial Controller for three years before being appointed Group Finance Director in November 2019, a position she held until January 2022. She then transitioned to EMEA Director, working closely with the management team to help drive the company’s strategic expansion into new markets.

Drawing on her extensive experience in the healthcare sector, Kirsten provides invaluable insight into company structure and routes to market.

Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Derby and achieved her ACCA qualification in 2015.

Judy Madden

COO

Judy has over 25 years of senior management experience in commercial and operations management in global life science companies.  She held senior management roles at Charles River Laboratories from 2015 though 2024 including Executive Director of Celsis, and General Manager of Accugenix. Judy was Vice President, Corporate Development for Celsis international prior to its acquisition by Charles River in 2015. Prior to that she served in senior marketing and product development roles at medical device maker, Advanced Bionics. 

Judy holds a HBA degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University in London, Canada. 

Leah Poston

VP, Operations

Leah has over 20 years of experience in the Tissue Banking Industry with previous experience at Recovery, Manufacturing, and Distribution Organizations; both at large established facilities and small start-up facilities.

Leah has a degree in Business Administration from Santa Fe College. Leah also obtained her Certified Tissue Banking Specialist Certification in 2000 and has remained an active member of the American Association of Tissue Banks.  Leah has served as a member of the Quality and Processing & Distribution Councils as well as served as a member of the Uniform Donor Risk Assessment Work Group.

Lance Johnson

VP, QA / RA

Lance has over 30 years experience in FDA Requirements and Quality Systems. His experience includes over 10 years at the executive level for primarily class III medical device implant companies.  Prior to joining Tissue Regenix Group as VP, QA/RA for CellRight Technologies, Lance was the Vice President of Quality for EndoStim Inc, an active implant device manufacturer located in Austin, TX.  Lance also worked in the xenograft device industry as VP of Quality for Aperion Biologics, and in the orthopedic spine industry as Quality Manager for Zimmer Spine and Abbott Spine.

In addition to his industry experience, he spent 16 years as an investigator with the FDA. Lance specialized in medical device compliance and worked in both the San Francisco and Dallas districts. He spent 12 years as the resident in charge of the Austin Texas field office and as contributor to the FDA international cadre. 

Lance received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from Oklahoma State University.

Lance Ellis

Vice President of Sales, BioSurgery

Lance Ellis has over 14 years’ experience in the biosurgery and orthobiologics industry, cultivating relationships around the US with surgeons, distributor partners and hospital systems.  He joined Tissue Regenix as a Territory Manager in May 2015, before being appointed to Regional Sales Manager in 2022 and Vice President of Sales, BioSurgery in 2025.  Lance has expertise in the Surgical Wound Care, Foot & Ankle, Plastics, Ortho-Trauma, Vascular and General Surgery markets.

Prior to joining Tissue Regenix, Lance was a Territory Manager and Field Sales Trainer in Surgical Wound Care & Durable Medical Equipment.

Lance received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology & Chemistry from Lamar University. 

Christine Rowley

Technical and Operations Director, UK

Christine has over 21 years’ experience in the medical device biologics industry, joining Tissue Regenix in 2010. Since starting her career, she has worked in all areas of product development and commercialisation, and has lead the development of the OrthoPure XT device from product feasibility through to market approval and launch. Christine’s experience covers a wide range of activities, including new product development, process optimisation & design transfer, design verification & validation, clinical trial design & execution, regulatory submissions, and quality control, almost exclusively working with class III xenograft implants.

Christine has held leadership roles within the product development, regulatory, clinical and quality sectors, and has achieved market clearance of xenograft medical devices in multiple countries worldwide.

Christine has several patents associated with the decellularisation and manipulation of collagenous tissues for potential health care benefits.

Christine has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Exeter (UK).
